| What do I need to know before I have a Technical Whizz visit my home or office? |
A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. The Technical Whizz must receive: full access to the computer(s) and/or other devices(s) to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power. |

| What can I expect when a Technical Whizz visits my home or office? |
The Technical Whizz will firstly interview you to better assess the problem or situation. After the service or repair has been completed, the technician will provide a concise and understandable break down of what was done to rectify the problem |

| Can Computer Whizz help me with products I've bought at any store? |
Yes, no matter where you bought it, we can troubleshoot, install or optimise all of your computer-related and technological devices. |

| What are your operating hours? |
Currently we operate 6 days a week from 8 am to 8pm. We will be offering a 24 hour service in the very near future. You can call our call centre on 050 7958727 |

| What do you charge for your services? |
We have a range of services for home and small business. We charge a fixed fee so you always know what the cost is upfront and wont land up with any nasty surprises. Please see our services page for a description of our packages or contact us for more information and pricing |

| Is there a call out fee? |
We do charge a minimum call out fee. Once a Technical Whizz has arrived at your premises and diagnosed the problem, he will recommend the correct service for your particular situation. The callout fee will then be included in the cost of the service to be performed (See Terms and Conditions) |

| Cancellations or no show? |
you need to cancel an appointment with our Technical Whizzards this needs to be done minimum 2 hours before the appointment. We know things change, just call us to reschedule |

| Do you guarantee your service? |
We guarantee our computer services provided to you at your home andyour business for 30 days. However, for repairs necessitated by a virus or spyware, our service guarantee is only valid if the anti-virus and anti-spyware protection for your product is installed or updated during the repair or before you again connect to the internet.

If you notify us within the stated time period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost. |
